Building for communities, not only for clients.
SECCO builds in communities that depend on the infrastructure we deliver. We hold ourselves to the standards our institutional clients expect: fair employment, safeguarding, ethical conduct and lasting local benefit.
Four commitments that guide how we work.
We are a local company. Our people, our suppliers and our reputation are part of the communities we serve.
People & fair employment
We employ and develop local engineers, supervisors and tradespeople, and provide a respectful, non-discriminatory workplace. Pay, hours and conditions follow applicable law. We do not tolerate child labour, forced labour or human trafficking.
Safeguarding & ethical conduct
Zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, fraud, corruption and conflicts of interest. Concerns can be raised without fear of reprisal and are investigated promptly.
Community & inclusive design
We engage local authorities and communities before and during works, and build to client specifications for accessibility — including for people with disabilities in schools and health facilities.
Local economy & supply chain
We live, work and invest locally. We support local business — because we are one — and source locally wherever quality, safety and specification allow.
Responsibility is part of delivery.
The infrastructure we build — schools, health facilities, water points, roads and public buildings — is designed to serve communities for decades. Doing that work safely, fairly and transparently is as important to us as meeting the programme and specification.
